SALES AND MARKETING
We facilitate the creation of a sales and marketing plan to maximize top-line revenue and improve financial results, providing both marketing and direct sales initiatives. This plan targets precise guest segments and leverages the power of digital media. Our corporate team consistently and continuously provides oversight of revenue management and pricing decisions.
We a provide full-time, on-site General Manager to work in concert with our corporate support team to enhance the overall guest experience and improve fiscal performance through clear, concise best practices.
Our dedicated accounting team monitors and collects the financial records of hotels and produces a monthly review including a detailed income statement and balance sheet. We also provide guidance and oversight to ensure budgetary alignment.
Working alongside the local and/or existing HR team, we provide specific guidance for recruitment, retraining, recognizing, and retaining the most talented and enthusiastic individuals.
We will assist with design review and development to include procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), operating supplies and equipment (OS&E), and technology.
